1. Lessons and booking
The provider offers online lessons for grades 5–12 and preparation for OGE, EGE, SAT Maths, and maths and physics in A-Level and IB programmes. No physical goods are sold or delivered.
Before payment, the subject, programme, lesson language, date, time and time zone, price and currency are agreed in writing. Lessons take place on Zoom. Each lesson lasts 60 minutes. A website language does not imply that lessons are available in that language.
A parent or other legal representative arranges booking and payment for a minor. Acceptance of the terms is recorded in writing when booking; merely visiting the website does not conclude a contract.
2. Payment and reservation
Full payment is due before the lesson. The payment deadline is communicated when booking. A time slot is confirmed once both parties have confirmed the details and payment has been received. If the agreed deadline passes, the tutor may release the slot after notifying the client.
Prices are set in Armenian drams (AMD). The final amount is confirmed before payment. Price changes do not affect lessons already paid for. There are no subscriptions or automatic charges.
Card payment on the website is not yet available. The available payment method is agreed individually before the lesson. Once a payment service is connected, card payment terms and currency will be disclosed before payment. Do not send card details to the tutor.
3. Taking part in a lesson
The client provides access to Zoom, a stable internet connection and a device for video calls. The meeting link and any materials are sent before the lesson.
If the student arrives late, the lesson ends at the agreed time unless both parties agree otherwise. The tutor remains available throughout the reserved time and contacts the client if the student does not join.
If the tutor is late, the missing time is made up by agreement or a proportional refund is provided. Following a technical failure, the parties try to restore the connection, then agree on rescheduling or a refund calculation based on the part delivered, the cause and applicable law. A failure is not automatically attributed to the student.
4. Rescheduling and refunds
Rescheduling is free with at least 8 hours' notice before the lesson. Both parties agree on a new time. With shorter notice, free rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to agreement.
The Cancellations and refunds page sets out the full rules for cancellation, non-attendance and refunds. Refusing free rescheduling does not by itself mean that the entire payment is forfeited.
5. Results and learning materials
The provider undertakes to deliver the agreed lessons properly. A particular grade, exam score or admission outcome is not guaranteed: results also depend on the student's starting point and independent work. This does not remove responsibility for the quality or timely delivery of the service.
Copyrighted materials are supplied for personal study. Selling or publicly distributing them, or recording a lesson without agreement, is not permitted except where allowed by law.
6. Changes and disputes
New versions of these rules do not retrospectively change lessons already agreed. Armenian law applies, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the relationship.
The parties may first discuss a dispute using the listed contact details. Their right to contact competent authorities or courts is preserved; no complaints procedure contrary to law is imposed.
